1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk445 ("tk445", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk445 online casino and sports betting platform available at tk445.io and any associated mobile or web applications.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or placing any wager on the tk445 platform, you unconditionally accept all terms, conditions, rules, and policies set out in this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

This Agreement is effective from 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date and who continue to use the tk445 platform are deemed to have accepted these updated terms upon their continued use of the service.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the tk445 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk445 does not permit the registration of accounts by individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on tk445 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of tk445, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

tk445 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Any winnings generated by an account where the holder is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full. tk445 takes its age verification obligations seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) tk445 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. tk445 will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk445 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You agree to notify tk445 immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible operation, tk445 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage. This process may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. tk445 reserves the right to limit account functionality, including restricting deposits and withdrawals, until verification requirements are fulfilled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk445 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. tk445 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier section. Limits may be adjusted by tk445 at its discretion based on account verification status and activity history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk445 finance team within 15 minutes on average for fully verified accounts transacting via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Processing times for card withdrawals may vary. tk445 does not accept liability for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider once funds have been dispatched from the platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the tk445 account.
• The withdrawal amount from any payment method cannot exceed the total amount deposited via that method (the excess must be withdrawn via an alternative verified method).
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tk445 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different percentages. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the tk445 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets — are subject to the following general rules. 6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the tk445 system, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. tk445 will not be liable for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Odds and Payout Accuracy

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

tk445 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other form of dishonest activity.
• Confirmed underage gambling — i.e., where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder being a self-excluded player who circumvented exclusion controls to register.
• A request by law enforcement or any competent regulatory authority.

A player may voluntarily close their tk445 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
